Just found out UK has nuclear power, nuclear waste in Sellafield at the end of the road on Cumbria coast a scenic lake valley district. UK is now clearing up the nuclear waste left behind in Sellafield which will take hundreds of years to complete. An estimated amount of over £121Billion needs to be spend doing the clearing up, moving the nuclear waste to a safer place. Despite UK doing clearing up of nuclear waste, UK plans to press ahead to build another new nuclear power station in Suffolk because of the Russian Ukraine war causing them not being able to get enough oil, gas, electricity. They are currently building a new nuclear power plant in Somerset which is expected to commission in 2027. Why is UK government still building new nuclear plants despite the problems they are facing from Sellafield? They need to spend hundreds of billions of pounds for clearing up which can never be completed in our life time or our grandchildren lifetime. Radiation can cause air, water, surfaces, soil, buildings, animals, environment everywhere to be contaminated. Radiation leakage exposure can cause cancer, skin burns, cardiovascular diseases. People health are affected from nuclear radiation.
In Singapore, our government is exploring to start using nuclear energy from 2050.
Is really not recommended for any countries to have nuclear energy, is not safe at all. Countries need to find other renewable environmental friendly sources for electricity supply like solar energy or wind energy instead of nuclear.

Dearest Heavenly Father,
It sadden our hearts to see what the earth has become with nuclear plants, nuclear waste, nuclear weapons. You must be sadden too. Lord, countries are turning to nuclear power plants to generate electricity as worldwide oil, gas prices have gone up tremendously and in short supply because of the war between Russia and Ukraine. Please Lord, stop the war between Russia and Ukraine. Let there be peace in earth and restoration of our energy and food supply chain. Let all the countries governments in this earth realize the dangers of having nuclear plants and stop building new nuclear power plants. Let them decommission existing nuclear power plants and clear up all the nuclear waste safely with no leakage of radiation to the environment. Let them look after citizens health, life welfare and be conscious of what they are doing. Please Lord, don’t have any more nuclear disaster in future. Let lives be preserve. No innocent life be lost. Don’t let your people and our next generation suffer. Forgive us for our sins mercify Father. Be merciful and gracious to us. Let us live.
